• Your company prominently displayed on banners placed in multiple locations in the Palladio. This banner will include all “Friends of the CA Jazz Championship” and other sponsors. (Subject to production deadline.)

• Photo backdrop with company name/logo at venue in prominent location for “selfies”, group pictures. Will include all “Friends of the CA Jazz Championship” and other sponsors. (Subject to production deadline.)

• Audio acknowledgment between performances throughout the day.

Clinic and Warm-Up Room Sponsor

• Sponsor 3 music warm-up rooms and clinic rooms where master classes for students will be held from 9 AM-5PM Friday and Saturday. Acknowledgment posted at entrance or prominent area at location. (Banner or poster subject to production deadline.)

• Listed on “Friends of CA Jazz Championships” Banners, placed in Visitor/Info Center, and prominent locations throughout venue. (Subject to production deadline.)

 

Poster Sponsor - Please Inquire

• Sponsor production and printing of inaugural festival poster, with participating sponsors listed. Your specific acknowledgment included on poster. These posters will be placed in store window fronts and prominent locations throughout venue.  May also be provided for sale in vendor area. (Commitment by March 31, 2024)

        
SWAG Bag Sponsor - Please Inquire

• Provides bag to collect promotional materials from sponsors, vendors, and all participating stores, restaurants, entertainment and services in the Palladio. Mutually approved design.

 

Lanyards - Please Inquire

• Provide lanyards with your company logo/jazz event logo advertised to all students, judges, volunteers and CA Jazz Championship and LPAA staff. (Quantity estimate of 700-750)

 

Water Bottles - Please Inquire

• Your logo on water bottles to be sold in vendor area, and provided as part of “SWAG” bag for directors and judges. Mutually approved design. (500 Quantity minimum)
